1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lerbb, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use Lerbb services.

2. About Lerbb

Lerbb is a web-based account and services platform designed to provide users with access to Lerbb applications, tools, dashboards, APIs, developer services, and connected online experiences through one shared account system.

3. Accounts

Some Lerbb services require an account. Users are responsible for maintaining access to their account and for activity that occurs through it. Users must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person, organization, or service.

4. Google Sign-In

Lerbb may allow users to sign in using Google. Google Sign-In is used to authenticate users and simplify access. Lerbb does not receive or store Google passwords.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse Lerbb. This includes:

• attempting to access systems, accounts, or data without permission;
• interfering with the security, reliability, or availability of Lerbb services;
• using Lerbb for spam, phishing, scams, malware, or deceptive activity;
• impersonating another person, brand, service, or organization;
• abusing platform limits, testing systems, or free service access;
• using Lerbb in a way that violates laws, regulations, or the rights of others.

6. User Content

Users are responsible for content they create, upload, store, or share through Lerbb services. Users keep ownership of their content, but grant Lerbb the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and operate that content as part of the service.

7. Service Availability

Lerbb may change, pause, remove, or update services at any time. Some services may be experimental, private, invite-only, in active development, or provided for testing purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

Lerbb may rely on third-party services such as authentication providers, hosting platforms, databases, APIs, analytics, storage, and infrastructure providers. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates security risks, abuses Lerbb services, harms other users, or uses the platform in a harmful or unlawful way.

10. Disclaimers

Lerbb is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lerbb and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, access, profits, or service availability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When updates are made, the date at the top of this page will be changed. Continued use of Lerbb services means you accept the updated Terms.
